London Moonwalk 2011

On the 14th May 2011, Phil Chandler (Sales Manager) Eminence-Recruitment and his team of “Triolists” joined 15,000 other like-minded folk for a tough 26.2 mile walk to raise money for Breast Cancer awareness.

“It was a truly amazing night for a really worthy cause, we set off at 11.25pm from Hyde Park, headed towards St James’ Park, The Mall, Westminster Bridge, Embankment, along South Bank, past the Tate Modern, the Eye, Albert Embankment, Vauxhall Bridge, Battersea Park, through Knightsbridge, Brompton road, Fulham Road, back along Chelsea Embankment to Westminster and then back through St James’ before finally coming to the finish line at Hyde Park it took our team 9hrs and 4 minutes!!!
A totally shattering experience where blisters were growing on blisters but everyone that took part was absolutely amazing the crowd along the way cheering and supporting us really helped us push on to the finish!!!
We raised over £700 in Sponsorship and although extremely tired we were already talking about doing it again!”
